Offers and prices
Cooperation agreements and offers for volume purchases are made on the basis of the price list valid at any time or offers submitted for and by AOC Consultancy. All offers are exclusive of VAT and are only valid upon written acceptance within 14 days of the date of the offer. Offers that are not accepted within 20 days of submission will lapse, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cooperation agreements expire no later than 12 to 24 months after the agreement date and unused products are generally not refunded. Framework agreements, based on an estimated consumption of business services or web services, are valid for 12 to 24 months in advance, special agreements can be concluded if a 36-month agreement period is desired. At startup, an initial amount corresponding to 30% of the order is paid, then paid monthly, before the end of the period AOC Consultancy must inform the buyer of any extension or termination. Products purchased for 12 months at a time or more cannot be interrupted during the period, and any termination of use of the products does not entail a refund or proportional refund. However, AOC Consultancy reserves the right in special cases to terminate cooperation agreements or web agreements early in return for a refund of a proportional part of the amount or to hand over the website to the owner's own maintenance, operation and administration.

Payment terms

Payment terms
The normal credit period for business services is 15 days and annual agreements are net cash 30% advance payment and 30 days from invoice date for monthly payments. If the due date is exceeded, AOC Consultancy reserves the right to charge a reminder fee and calculate interest of 2.5% per month. If a web agreement is paid in advance for the entire period, a 10% discount is obtained for a 12-month agreement and a 20% discount annually for a 24 and 36-month agreement.

Complaints

Complaints must be made no later than one week after receipt of service or, if the website is not available, no later than the first day of viewing.

Invoice complaints must be submitted immediately after receipt of the invoice.

Errors and deficiencies in the completion of tasks or web services that are not caused by the customer or its affiliated third parties will, at AOC Consultancy's discretion, be compensated for by additional provision of service or website corrections and options. Only in special cases will a part of the invoiced amount be credited. A credit can never exceed the invoiced amount for the task or website.

AOC Consultancy's rights

AOC Consultancy reserves the right to change an ordered web design or consulting service assignment if technical considerations require it, or if something does not comply with applicable laws and regulations in the country in question.

AOC Consultancy is entitled, but not obliged, to publish blogs, advertisements or feeds in other media or to distribute the same to third parties for publication elsewhere. For this purpose, AOC Consultancy cooperates with media partners and partner sites without requesting prior permission from the client. AOC Consultancy can provide a list of cooperating media partners if requested.

Visual products, images, etc., as well as hosting

AOC Consultancy reserves the right to find image material for setting up visual products on your/your company's website if this is not submitted. Furthermore, the logo, photo and video AOC Consultancy uses and designs for websites are the property of the client if payment is made for the entire period of 12 to 36 months.

Regardless of whether you submit material yourself or AOC Consultancy finds it on your website, you/your company are responsible for ensuring that the visual material in the approved visual product is permitted to be used and complies with applicable regulations, including the rules on personal data. It is also your/your company's responsibility to inform AOC Consultancy if consent to the visual material is withdrawn.

Video, photo, company profile and branding
Unless otherwise agreed, for all video, photo and branding products, only the first proofreading/correction is free for you or your company. For all corrections beyond the first, AOC Consultancy reserves the right to invoice the number of hours, DKK 800,- excluding VAT, corresponding to AOC Consultancy's work.

AOC Consultancy does not provide raw material, but only the number of processed photos that are included in the agreement – or the video material that has been agreed with the customer. This means that if AOC Consultancy sends a photographer out, the customer will receive – unless otherwise agreed – 5 digitally processed images. Additional images can be purchased.
It is up to you/your company to check whether you have special rules regarding photos, permits, etc. AOC Consultancy assumes no responsibility for material that is in violation of applicable rules, internal or external, including the rules for personal data.

Hosting
For hosting, the following applies: everything related to the website must be hosted on AOC Consultancy's hosting partner's servers.
